METHOD OF USE

• MASSAGE and BODY CREAM: 25-50 drops/50 ml Carrier oil
• FACE CREAM: 12-25 drops/50 ml
• ORAL USE: 2 drops in 120 ml of drink or 1 teaspoon of honey (2 times a day)
• DIFFUSER: 5-15 drops (1 drop per square metre) -PACKAGE: 2-3 drops
• BATHROOM: 5-15 drops
• BIDET: 2-3 drops
• SAUNA: 2-5 drops/lt water
• WALLACE: 1-2 drops
• INHALATIONS: 2-3 drops
• HUMIDIFIER: 3-9 drops
